1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between users of the Qresto platform (qresto.az) and Qresto LLC ("Company"), the owner of the platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Regulated under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Electronic Commerce" (July 29, 2010, No. 1056-IIIQ) and the Law "On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information".
2. Service Description
Qresto is a SaaS platform that enables restaurants and food service establishments to create, manage, and present digital QR menus to their customers.
- Digital menu creation and editing
- QR code generation
- Multi-language menu support (AZ, EN, RU, AR)
- Analytics and statistics
- Promotion management
- Customer support
3. Registration and Account
A valid email address is required to register on the platform. The user undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep account credentials confidential
- Immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use
- Hold appropriate authority when acting on behalf of an organization
4. Subscription and Payment
Qresto provides services on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription period is 30 days from the payment date.
- Payments are made in Azerbaijani Manat (₼)
- Payment is charged at the beginning of each subscription period
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect from the next period
- Payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable
5. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not infringe the rights of other users or third parties
- Refrain from actions that disrupt normal platform operation
- Not upload copyright-protected content without authorization
- Comply with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan
6. Content Ownership
The user confirms that they are the legal owner of all content uploaded to the platform (images, texts, prices). Qresto does not claim ownership of such content but receives a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
All intellectual property rights related to the Qresto platform (logo, design, software) belong to the Company.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. User personal data is protected under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" (May 11, 2010, No. 998-IIIQ).
8. Service Suspension
The Company may suspend the service in the following cases:
- The user acts contrary to these Terms
- Subscription fee is not paid (3-day grace period applies)
- Required by law
- Technical upgrades (with 48-hour advance notice)
9. Limitation of Liability
Qresto is not liable for indirect damages arising from internet service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party service outages. Liability is limited to the subscription amount agreed between the parties.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
11. Amendments
Qresto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
